refund policy

The refund policies will be those practiced by the suppliers you selected in the orders.

Cancellations and refunds for products purchased on our website must be sent in writing to within 14 days of placing the purchase order.

Some products are non-returnable and therefore refundable for hygiene and health reasons.

Returned products, to be refunded, need to be in the same condition in which they were sent to the user, without any damage, anomaly, sealed and in their original packaging. We recommend that the return is made by registered mail and the return postage is borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the user receives the wrong product or if the product received is damaged, the price of the product will be refunded or we will ask for it to be collected so that it can be replaced.

For orders outside Portugal, the return value may vary according to the current exchange rate and the conditions will be indicated and defined by us.

The refund will be credited upon arrival of the product, to the same payment location and a confirmation email will be sent to the user.
