Terms of Sale
All orders are subject to availability and order price confirmation. There may be failures in the suppliers of any article available on the site. If this happens, the customer will be contacted and the value of the purchased item may be refunded or the possibility of another item may be made available.
Shipping times may vary based on availability and subject to any delays resulting from service delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
To contract with us, the user must be over 13 years of age and have a valid credit or debit card issued by an acceptable bank. We retain the right to refuse any orders placed. By placing an order, the user undertakes that all details provided are true and accurate, that he is an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place the order, and that sufficient funds exist to cover the cost of the products. The cost of foreign products and services may vary. All advertised prices are subject to such changes.
- Our Agreement
When the order is placed, the user will receive an order confirmation email, which does not constitute acceptance of the order. A contract between you and us will not be formed until we send you an email confirmation that the ordered goods have been dispatched. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment will be included in the contract formed.
- Prices and Availability
While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on this site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods the user has ordered, we will inform the user of this and give the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact the user, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the user cancels the order after payment, we will give a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged and additional fees are clearly indicated where applicable and included in the “total cost”.
- Payment
Upon receiving the order, we perform a standard authorization check on the payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction

We and our suppliers are not liable for any damages, including, without limitation, any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damages to goodwill or Reputation or cost of acquiring replacement goods and services, arising out of or relating to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Site or the Linked Sites and any material posted thereon, regardless of whether such damages are foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, property, restitution, by law.

Total agreement

Shipping Policy
As we work on a Dropshipping business model, the stock is on the suppliers' side, so shipping is carried out by each supplier. If the order contains products from different suppliers, you will receive a total of orders equal to the number of suppliers. In some cases, in order to facilitate logistics and shipping costs, orders can be centralized and sent by us.
